Where is the event?
The event venue is 583 Park Avenue, located on Park Avenue between 63rd and 64th Street.
How do I get to the venue?
It is a 5-minute walk after taking the Q or F train and getting off at the Lex Ave/63rd Street station. If driving, there are many garages available by 62nd Street -64th Street between 3rd and Lexington Ave.
Will I receive physical tickets to the event?
No. All ticket holders and sponsors will have their names placed on a guest list at check-in. To provide your guests’ name(s), please contact nycevent@curesarcoma.org
What attire is appropriate for the event?
Cocktail attire is the order of the day.
What is the seating availability at the event?
Everyone will have a reserved seat in the ballroom and will be provided with their table number upon check-in.
What is the format of the evening?
Registration and check-in will open at 6:00pm, followed by the cocktail reception until 6:45pm. Guests will take their seats for dinner and the program at 7:00pm.
What food and drink will be available?
There will be passed hors d’oeuvres followed by a plated three-course meal. There will be a full open bar and signature cocktails.
Will there be an auction?
Yes, we have a fabulous silent and live auction planned for the evening.
Is it too late to make a donation?
It’s never too late to make a donation. Your support can help us realize a world where people do not die from sarcoma.
